T3 parking lot is designed with a solid and scientific structure, including one basement and five floors above ground, with a total floor area of ​​up to over 130,000m². Garage capacity is optimized to serve diverse needs:

• Basement and 1st floor: Exclusively for private cars, taxis and public transport, with the capacity to receive approx. 2,000 cars.

• Floor 2 to Floor 5: It is a motorbike parking area, scientifically arranged, can hold up to 4,000 motorbikes.

• Automatic access control: The system uses automatic license plate recognition technology and smart magnetic cards, helping vehicles enter and exit quickly and accurately, minimizing waiting time.

• Blank instructions: Electronic screens and signal lights are installed at the aisles, displaying the number of available spaces and guiding drivers to the most convenient parking location.
