The Load Control solution developed by Thien An is a vehicle load control system that applies high-speed Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) technology combined with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and intelligent data processing software.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
The system issues instant alerts through Variable Message Signs (VMS), sirens, and signal lights, helping to guide violating vehicles into the designated handling lane or safely off the highway.
All collected data, including license plate numbers, vehicle speed, individual axle weights, and total gross weight, is processed and synchronized in real time to the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) operations center.
